A: We can work with your own designers on site or via on-line collaboration. Send us your Art work and we can go from there.

Q: How long does it take to make a bag sample?
A: 3-7 days on average if there is no special material request and all information is sent to us on time.

Q: My project includes an EVA thermoformed part. How long does it take to open a new mould?
A: Based on the size of the mould, you are looking at 5-10 days.

Q: Are there any charges related to making the mould?
A: We make no profit on the mould. Direct costs average between $100-600 usd depending on the size of the thermoformed part. And of course these charges are waived if we are working towards establishing a relationship.

Q: How many workers do you have on site?
A: We average 200 full-time employees and have living space for over 400 persons. There is plenty of room to grow together.

Q: Who will be assigned to my project?
A: There are several merchandisers who speak English fluently and handle all aspects of your project.

Q: What are your production lead times?
A: 20-45 days on average.

Q: Payment terms?
A: L/C at sight or T/T before shipment.

Q: How do you differ from the other bag companies in the area? What are your price advantages?
A: Competition is very strong in our industry. We are able to stay in the game by reducing waste and streamlining management of the facility. This keeps are prices up to 25% lower than other suppliers. For our valued customers, we also have an open-costing format. Everything is put on the table to help you with your margins. If there is a component or material that you can provide at a better price, the cost reduction is passed on to you. At the end of the day, we have to work together to make the project successful. We never accept a project we can not deliver on. If there is an aspect to the project that is beyond our capacity or ability, we let you know and provide a solution.

Q: How do you guarantee the Quality of your products?
A: Our in-line QC and final inspection are very strict. MIL-STD-105E AQL reports are sent to you prior to shipment. Digital pictures are also sent to you for your review and corrections made if necessary.

Q: Where are you located?
A: Dong Guan is about a 2 hour drive from Hong-Kong. Direct buses and ferries are the easiest way to arrive here. We can also have the driver pick you up in the area. If you need help obtaining a visa we can provide you with an invitation letter.
